# Uploading Backups

> Upload existing Odoo backups to doploy

## Overview

Upload your existing Odoo backups to doploy for migration or disaster recovery. Supports `.zip` backups from Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, and on premises using the database manager.

## Step 1: Access Backups Tab

1. Navigate to your project in doploy
2. Click on the **Backups** tab

## Step 2: Upload Your Backup

1. Click **Upload Backup**
2. Select your backup file (`.zip` format)
3. Click **Upload**

Wait for the upload to complete. Large backups may take a while depending on the size.
